Yinz Like Microbrews?

We have an exciting update: brewing has begun at COVEN!

Since moving into 4901 Butler Street in February, we’ve been working on getting this space ready to share. Last week we received the good news that our licensing has been approved. It will only be a matter of a few weeks before we’re ready to open and share beer with you.

As our equipment was already in place when we moved in, we got a quick start on brewing our first COVEN beers. While these beers are fermenting, we’re designing a taproom that will be a special place to enjoy drinks with friends. Sneak peeks of the renovation are yet to come. We’ve also been talking with a few local cider, spirits, and wine producers, and we’re looking forward to offering some additional special beverages in the early days of COVEN.

We've received a warm welcome from many of our Lawrenceville neighbors, and we’re so happy to call Lawrenceville home. It's been wonderful to start to greet neighbors slowly through our brewhouse doors here and there, and we're looking forward to properly inviting folks in really soon.

Until then, COVEN beers are bubbling away and we’re excited to share more about our opening beers very soon.
