    Hazy XPA, 6%

    This Hazy Extra Pale Ale was Brady’s first recipe when he joined the Coven team almost two years ago. Since then we have brewed It many times and it’s become somewhat of a staple for us. Expect flavors of big, creamy citrus, juicy peach, and tropical fruits from the Citra and Cashmere dry hop in this full bodied pale ale.

    Spectral Architect

    Hazy IPA, 7%

    Our newest Hazy IPA brand. Brewed with the same base as our beloved Through the Abyss and then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Crosby Hop’s Kiwi Blend.

    Empress of Dawn

    Hazy Pale Ale, 5%

    A welcome return of a lower-abv hazy options. This pale ale features Amarillo and Citra in the dry hop. Look for notes of tangerine, peach juice, and hints of wild blueberry.

    Sacred Passage

    Hazy DIPA, 8%

    Our final anniversary release. We threw just about everything we got at this full bodied beer, including an intense dry hop of Mosaic, Nectaron, and Wai-iti.

    Knight’s Oath

    Dark Lager, 5.2%

    This lager Is light and drinkable yet packed with loads of malt forward flavors of dark bread and coffee roast.

  • We aim to carry a variety of high quality beverages; alcoholic and non, made in house and curated from other producers we’re proud to showcase. We’ve currently got:

    Glass and Bramble - this series of house made fruit syrups with unflavored seltzer water poured over them is a great way to switch things up in between beers! All made from real, whole fruit and juice. We are currently featuring:

    Pineapple

    please note, that though we try and keep these items stocked fully throughout the week, we do occasionally run out. As a brewery and taproom, our main focus is on alcohol, namely that which is created here onsite

  • We have halted our cocktail program for the slower months of winter. But it will surely return with Spring approaching. Look for us to bring back fan favorites such as our house Clarified Margarita and our Banana Old Fashioned as well as some new projects we’ve been working on.
